Took some pictures of my handsome nephew today..I could hardly get him to look at me, but I think I got several that are priceless. :) Some of these are duplicates, just with different effects.

My dog Midas loves to go galavanting through the woods, swimming in the creeks and chase squirrels up trees... he's came back a few times with scratches here and scratches there...and he's even came back with what looked like a bullet hole..luckily it wasn't..it was just a bite of some sort. We never figured out what it was from. Well, the other day he came back with the same exact bite(s) again. One on his neck and a couple on his left hip... We doctored him up and was just waiting on them to heal...well he started acting different..like he couldn't get up on his own which was strange, because he'd never had a problem with that before and he wouldn't really eat anything. So while I was at work my Mom and brother took him to the vet..come to find out the wounds were really infected and if we would have waited any longer the infection would have been really, really bad. So, the Vet had to do a lil procedure on him and insert these drain tubes to drain out the infection...they are sewn in him :( Poor guy. When I got home from work this is what I found. :(

Today he seems to be doing some better. He still has to have help getting up and he'll walk around the house like he's trying to figure out what to do..but he's handling it well. I hope he learned his lesson!! Lol.

Today Midas, my Lab/Newfoundland mix turns TWO! I can't believe it!! I've had a lot of dogs since I've been a little girl, but he is by far one of the best we've/I've ever had!! He's survived a snake bite and recently either a big dog bite or a shot from a gun! I think it looks like bullet holes, but everyone else thinks it's a dog bite...I don't really care what it is as long as he's okay!! :) Here are some pictures of my beautiful boy!! =)

I hope everyone has had a marvelous day and hope y'all wore green!!! Hehe! I remember in school to be SURE and wear it on St. Patrick's Day UNLESS you wanted to get pinched!!! Ha! :) Anyway, I wore it for the "Holiday" even though I'm not even sure what St. Patrick's Day is really celebrated for...I should probably look that up.

Alrighty, so, on March 5th, my adorable nubby turned 18 months! He is growing so fast and does the cutest little antics. He's getting to that really fun stage and I look forward to every time I get to see him! Here are a few pics from his "18 month birthday"!!!  =)

Saturday!!

Today has been wonderful. =) Spent most of the day w/my sister and little nubby...The weather was perfect...car is clean and groceries are bought... ready for tomorrow's services at church...but not so ready for the work week... I guess I never am ready for that!!

My little nubby is getting so big! Becky bought him a little "big boy bed" it's the cutest thing... so I went with her today to get it. He was in desperate need of a nap when we left so as soon as we were onthe road he passed out...

 I gave Caleb his first sucker and he held onto it like a big boy..It's so sad to see him getting so big!! (I may be spoiling him...but isn't that my job!?)

Isn't he just precious!?!?!?

I'm loving the wonderful time I had last night fellowshiping with my brother's church...Played some volleyball...my team lost..sad face...but had a fun time!

I'm ABSOLUTELY LOVING the fact that the snow is MELTING!!! Praise Jesus!!! I love the snow...but not when it's ugly and a nuisance!!

I'm loving these kiddos from my Sunday School class at church...they bring a smile to my face. =)

And most of all...I'm loving my God! "If he's the only reason I live, then oh what a reason!" I want to remember to give Him praise for who HE is...not because of what he's given me or what he's done for me...but simply because of who He is!!
