We had a wonderful weekend. It was once again filled with church, church & more church! It's a favorite of ours though, so we do not mind. We love our Lord & we love worshiping him. Last week we were in revival. (Our first) Don did so good preaching the word. I'm a proud wife! ;) Friday a water pipe busted...putting a damper on my mood...mainly because I was worried...I worry way to much. But, Don, being the amazing encourager that he is, reminded me that we are still blessed & it wouldn't be hard to fix. And not to forget that despite our little problems, God is still on the thrown. :) Saturday, it was a beautiful day & Don was able to get everything fixed. PTL. We had a nice lazy day & then church at our home church that night.
Early Sunday morning (345am) we woke up to Gypsy, one of our dogs, barking up a storm. I cannot stand when dogs bark at what seems like nothing to us, in the middle of the night. Major. Pet. Peeve. So, Don gets up to check on things....neighbors had their music up so gypsy thought she'd let them know. Lol anyways, he went & checked on Stormy, our pregnant dog & lo & behold she was having her puppies!!!! How exciting. :) after all was said & done she had 9 puppies, however, 1 didn't make it...so 8. They are the cutest lil things. Gypsy is a little lost without having Stormy to follow around...Sunday evening before church she was no where to be found & we thought that strange because Gypsy has always stayed close to the house....well we went on to church hoping she would be back once we returned...when we got home later that night she was back, but had a new collar on! That tells us one thing....someone tried to take her. A little aggravating!
Today the cold weather is back & I am not loving it. :( Maddy & I are inside enjoying the warmth of our cozy house. We just had our propane tank filled, so we better enjoy this warmth all we can. We won't be able to afford anything else. Lol The price per gallon is ridiculous! Shoot. Me. Now.
Here's our sweet girl just a layin in my lap. She fell asleep shortly after this picture. Normally I rock her to sleep...she must be a tired little girl. :)
