My week so far!

Monday and Tuesday I house sat for my Aunt Stephanie and Uncle Nathan. They took their kids to Branson for a mini vaca before school starts. I've house sat before for them so I knew what to expect. I usually enjoy the peace and quiet but by the time its time to go home, I'm ready.. however, this time on the FIRST night I got bored very quickly and was pretty ansy! (NOT NORMAL) On Tuesday at work all I could think was " I cannot wait to get off so I can get get some junk food, get in my PJ's and just relax!" I did NOT want to be at work AT ALL!! (so that made for LONG day) After work, I stopped at the grocery store, bought some junk food, went to my aunts, got in PJ's, got my junk food ready, moved her recliner to set right in front of the computer and sat there for the rest of the night! Lol. I did absolutely nothing and ate wayyyy to much!! It was awful but yet... I still enjoyed it! =) I'll pay for it later. I'm sure of it. Wednesday I worked and then went home. I got all of my stuff unpacked, or should I say unpacked from my car, my stuff isn't actually put up yet...bad I know, then I went to church, got home late, ate, and got in bed. (I know you aren't supposed to eat late but I couldn't hlep it!!) Now, it's Thursday and I still have one more day left this week... I'm SOO SOO ready for this week to be over with and I don't know why!! I guess I'm just ready to be off of work for a few days. =) (that's always though! lol) Tonight, I plan to do a little cleaning and rearranging and relaxing (again!)!! =) I have a busy weekend ahead and honestly I'm not really looking forward to it. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to spend time w/my friends but I also LOVE spending time at HOME and I feel like I haven't been able to do that in a few weekends....Oh well...I might as well enjoy it since I'm gunna be doing it anyway! And plus, there's always next weekend, right?? ;)

Friday!!

Since IT IS Friday...does that mean that I actually have to work?? Come on it's Friday!! =) Okay, I guess I'm just wishing I didn't have to =)

Last night was such a nice night. I could not believe how great it felt out! I guess when it's been 103-106 degrees for the past few weeks, 93 degrees would feel great! ;) I had really been needing to wash my car (it was B-A-D) so I dicided yesterday that since it was so nice I was going to do it! I let the dogs roam around while I washed my car.. they enjoyed that and I really enjoyed the nice, quiet, relaxing evening...even though I wasn't actually "relaxing"...it was wonderful! =) 

I'm SOO ready for this weekend. We are having a little youth revival tonight and tomorrow nigh--I have been looking forward to it since I found about it in April!! I'm really excited about the preacher that will be preaching it for us. I heard him back in April and I was very impressed. His older brother has preached past revivals for us and has always done an excellent job! So, I'm definitely looking forward to this one preached by his younger brother.

SAMMY BOY

He loves to be loved on! But OMW talk about a shedder!! It's so funny cause I'll be in bed and he'll be at the foot of the bed and just slowly and I mean slowly start walking up towards me looking at me to see if I'm going to tell him no or not.. He's a smart kittie! =)

Going for a dip

Midas LOVES his pool. We actually need to get him a bigger one because he can't really move around in the one we have! In the picture it looks like he has room, but really he doesn't. I would love to take him to the lake sometime to see how he would do. I'm sure he would love it! I wanna see him swim!!! lol. =)

When he runs out side he'll either:

1.Go lookin for the kittens and raise cain w/them! lol 

2. Go searchin for his balls (old basketballs that are half-way deflated) or

3. Go find a stick..in this case a small log! lol. It was longer than this but it broke off when I threw it.

He likes to play fetch...last night he came up to me w/the stick in his mouth and just dropped it...yep right on my barefoot. it hurt. Thanks Midas, love you too! =)

I wanted to share the lyrics to a song that Lordsong sings. This is how I feel so often; I feel like I'm just here, waiting (trying my hardest to be patient) and trying to figure out what God's will is in my life. The working of his (God’s) hand definitely seems strange to me sometimes. I have to remind myself though that this is God we're talking about, he's got it all in control. I mean he is the one writing out our life story..he knows how the end will be! He’s got the final say.
