Sweetness..

My little nubby is getting so big and growing up way to fast! =( Saturday I got to spend quite a bit of time with him and I LOVED it. =) He's absolutey precious...usually very happy and easy going. I took him on the golf cart and he seemd to really enjoy it. I didn't get to any pictures of it on my camera..luckily my sister did! Here are some pictures from the day though...

One Of A Kind

So, I’m about a month over due on this post but I just though better late than never! I wanted to dedicate this post to my amazing mom… She’s absolutely the best. I consider her one of my best friends and confidants. The qualities she possess’ makes her who she is. My mom takes and takes and gives and gives until I’m not sure how she’s able to give or take anymore. She’s kind hearted and will do anything for anyone…as long as she’s able. I wish I could do more for her to repay her for all that she’s done for me. I’m so thankful for a good godly mother who has shown me the right way to live. I’m not sure how I’d survive without her! =)

Happy Wedding Bliss

On May 15th my good friend Sweden got married! Her wedding turned out very pretty! We were all worried about it starting on time because she is ALWAYS late for everything and we are always giving her a hard time about it--Believe it or not...it started ON TIME!! Go Swe! =) Her and Philip make the perfect couple! You can look at them and see the love that they have for one another. The are a *perfect* example of what true love is!

Cutie-Patutie

A few weekends ago I got to watch my little nubby...he's such a fun lil baby. He's already full of energy and LOVES being outside. I think he had a little sunburn in the picture above...that would be his mothers doing though.. not mine! =P Earlier in the day I had a little episode I had to deal with concerning him....he was really fussy...and I tried feeding him, checked his diaper and then tried rocking him all he did was kick and holler when I did the latter... finally I just stood up and kinda bounced him, not even within five minutes he laid his head on my shoulder and was out! (I figured he was just fighting sleep..) Even during those fussy times I still absolutely A-DORE him! :)

Cat Attack =()

When I lived in my apartment my cousin and I got two little kittens, mine was named Drake. He was such a cute lil thing and when I moved home I brought him with me. However, he stayed outside. He became the new top tom-cat of the Jarvis "farm". He was very fierce and not afraid of anything. Drake had his favorite place by our back door and would sometimes even pounce on our little inside dogs if they didn't move to soon. He comes and goes as he pleases. (He's probably fathered tons of lil kitties haha) Even though he's a tom-cat we've never had any kind of problem with him. He's always been very friendly and even liked to be loved on. Well last night I was outside waiting on Cookie, our older chihuahua, to get to the door so we could both go in. As I stood there waiting in my jammies and house shoes... I was tapping my leg....and telling Cookie to hurry up....thinking back on it I don't really remember Drake being there... but out of no-where with no warning at all Drake jumps over and bites the crap out of my leg! Scared me to death!! He didn't take out a hunk or anything but he sure got his fangs in me... I seen later that he actually got me twice but in the midst of it all I only noticed the one more obvious bite mark. I'm not sure what possessed him to do that because he's never, ever done anything like that before. Maybe, it was the tapping of my leg he didn't like or maybe I was in his "spot" a little too long... What makes me a little nervous is that he's an outside cat...and outside in the country we never get their shots.....so I'm thinking...could I possibly get anything from a cat bite?? Yikes... I'll keep an eye on it and see how it progresses...Surely nothing will come of it... =()

Ehh......

So, it's happened TWICE THIS week!! Late for work! =() I woke up at 6:55 and 6:57 on two differen't days!!! {I am usually in my car and leaving by 6:50!!} That's not the best way to start a day. Isn't a short work week supposed to go good??? Not so this week...what a chapper. When I got to work this morning I had to ask God to forgive me for having a pretty rotten attitude on the way to work. It's a good thing I'm in my car by myself because I would have been very bad company.. I then thanked him for protecting me; I about got hit WALKING INTO WORK; One more step and I would've been...My eyes got real big and I thought to myself..."You've got to be kidding me." I don't think the lady was paying very much attention because I was halfway through the cross walk when she took off...I seen her right as she passed by me, look up and do this little wave thing and she slowed down...I think she looked surprised...maybe she didn't see me.. Who knows...all is well though and my day has gotten much better! =) Tomorrow is Friday and I'm very much excited about that! (Hopefully I'll wake up on time and not be late! lol I'll be moving my alarm clock across the room and setting it for the exact time I need to get up--No more hitting the snooze!!)
