It's the best time of the year!!! =)

I'm so happy that Christmas is tomorrow!! Even though it doesn't quite seem like it should be here yet!! I have all my shopping done... but I haven't wrapped anything!! Uh-Oh! I've got to get that done tonight!!! Tomorrow morning we are doing presents w/my family! Becky, Joseph and Caleb are coming down and I can't wait to see Caleb open his gifts!!! I gotta remember to take lotsa pics!! :]

I'm Back!!!

So...we got the internet at work taken away... I know..I know.. I shouldn't have been on there there anyway...but...I guess I couldn't help it!!! Aaanndd... I wouldn't neglect my work or anything for it...so that's good! :) Anywhooo...here I am back to blogging....and this time from home! Lol. I don't get on my computer much at home..but since I have no internet at work...I will hopefully be on here more! =)

What I'm Loving Wednesday!!

I'm loving that I got to see my precious little nubby last night!! He is getting way to big and is now walking!!! It is quite possibly the cutest thing EVER!

I'm loving the song "Starry Night" by Chris August!!

I'm loving that tomorrow we are having our Thanksgiving dinner at work! My mom is making Broccoli Grape Salad for me to bring! Every year at Thanksgiving some of my co-workers request it, so I go to momma for it! :)

And I'm also loving that THANKSGIVING DAY is NEXT week!! This year we are having some family to our house and I can not wait for it! Woo-Hoo! :)

I'm loving that it's FINALLY getting to be scarf and boot weather! :) I know some people will start that sooner than others...but I normally wait til it starts getting pretty chilly to do it...

Okie dokie here are 7 Facts about me!
 
1. I do NOT like feet!!! I don't mind children/babies feet, but please big people don't put your feet on me!!! Sometimes my mom will do it just to be mean! =P
 
2. I almost ALWAYS drink out of a straw.
 
3. I only do laundry when I pretty much run out of clothes! I'm a procrastinator when it comes to laundry!!!
 
4. I cannot whistle!!! Different ones have tried to teach me, but to no avail!!
 
5. I do NOT like whipped cream, cool whip, whipped icing, OR whipped yogurt!!! Not a fan of the whipped! Yuck.
 
6. I LOVE the smell of fresh mowed grass on a summer afternoon!! :)
 
7. I have always loved babies with big ole' fat cheekers!! I can't keep my hands off of them! Lol. For a LONG time I would always touch my sisters cheeks and actually had to break myself of that habit! lol.

My mom told me that when she came home from the hospital with my sister that's the first thing I did when I seen my lil sis... I went up to her and touched her cheeks! :)

YAY for Friday!!!

Happy Friday!!! =)

I am so, so, SOO glad that today is FRIDAYY!!! =)) It makes me ALMOST wanna do a happy dance at work!! Ha! 

It's a cloudy, soon to be rainy day here in Oklahoma-the kind that make ya wanna stay home and in bed! I envy all of the stay at home mom's who have that option!!! =P Enjoy this lazy day! =]

Today I'm joinin up with My Little Life and particpating in **5 Question Friday!!**

1. What is the most physically painful thing that has ever happened to you?

Hmm... Well I've never broken anything... *knock on wood* or had any major surgeries *knock on wood* (again).  I really can not think of anything that has been really painful. Oh, wait! Okay, I do remember a few years ago, I was playing volley ball at a youth camp. The kind where the court was sand...I jumped side ways to get the ball and when I landed I landed weird. I remember my ankle really, really hurt! I tried to stand up on it and I almost fell down! There was a kid who was sitting in a chair on the sidelines who I asked to step in for me. I took his chair and looked down at my ankle.. WO it was swelling FAST!!! The camp directors took me to the ER just to make sure everything was okay. Thank goodness it was!! But, that's the worse pain I think I've felt. PTL!! (Praise the Lord) =)

2. How much sleep do you get at night?

Normally during the week I get around 6-7 hours..Now, on the weekends, that's a different story! I'm not sure how much I get then!! Lol.

3. How long did you believe in Santa Claus? How did you find out that he does not exist?

I don't think I have ever believed in Santa.... My parents didn't raise me to believe in him...

4. What was the last movie you saw in a theater.

Oh, I have NO idea. It's been awhile since I've been to a theater!!

5. What do you wear to bed?

Oversized PJ's! =) If I find a shirt that belongs to one of my brothers and they don't seem to care what happens to it..I steal it. :P (Same goes for PJ pants! lol) When I buy PJ pants I always buy them bigger...the bigger the better! :)



Thankful Thursday

Today I am so thankful for my little sister! Her and I have had a LOT of really fun times together!! Sometimes I miss the "good old days" and how crazy we were together!!! Now that she's married and a momma life is different!!!  But, I do love it when I get to see her!! =)

Five Question Friday!!! =)

1. If you could have any talent and turn it into an occupation, what would it be?
I would love to be able to stay at home and re-do things. Like find good bargains on ugly things at thrift stores and turn them into pretty things!! :) I'm inspired by this blog Censational Girl. Check out some of the things she has done. Awesome!!

2. Would you rather have a house at the beach or a cabin in the woods?
Definitley a cabin in the woods!!!! =) A lake house or a beach house would be fun, but only on weekends during the summer. I prefer the country with woods and what not!

3. Is there any meaning or reasoning for the names you chose for your child/children?
I have no children. I have ideas for names I like for future ones though! =) Some do have meanings to them.

4. What is your guilty pleasure?
Well I love to go and buy things for my dogs. I don't do it very often, but I just love to go to the pet store and splurge every once in awhile... Moving on to the food side of guilty pleasuers...sometimes I will enjoy peanut butter mixed with hot syrup. OMW talk about rich...but so good!!!! It's a guilty pleasure of mine. =)

5. Do you live in a house that is deep cleaned or straightened?
My house is lucky to get straightened. It needs to be deep cleaned VERRRY badly!!!!!

Mini-Road Trip!!!

A couple of weeks ago me and a few friends went on a a mini-road trip up to Neoso, MO for Convocation at Ozark Bible Institute. None of us had gone before and one of the girls had a certain someone she wanted to see...so we all loaded up and went!! It only takes like 2 hours to get up there so the drive wasn't bad! What I worried about was the drive home. I knew it would be late and at night I get tired and I just don't care to drive at night. Luckily I had one of my best's with me and we could probably talk forever!! So, that helped out. Over all the mini-trip was great! I have to admit that the services were a little different for me but I still had a good time and I'm glad we got to go!!!

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

Here are some things that I'm loving....

First, I'm lovin that today is WEDNESDAY!! Which means we are half way through the week and we have church tonight! =)

I'm loving me some Oatmeal Raisin cookies!!! mmm mmmm! =)

I'm loving that this weekend I might get to stay home and hopefully get some things done!! I have been having a very blah week and really need to clean and tidy up my room!!!

I'm loving that yesterday I voted!! I'm glad the elections are over though!!!

(speaking of voting) I'm loving that Oklahoma has elected our FIRST woman Govenor!!! We made history yesterday!!! Mary Fallin 2010. Hopefully she does good things like she promises!!

I'm loving this awesome weather we have been having!!! It's been gettin pretty cold at night but it's been awesome during the day!! :]

I'm loving that Dr. Pepper has become on of my new best buds!! =) Normally I don't drink regular pop... I actually try to not drink much pop at all...but here lately I can't get enough of it!!
